The Indian Academy, Dehradun organised an inter house sports quiz competition on 29th August 2022, to commemorate the birthday of late Major Dhyan Chand, who is also known as the “Magician of Hockey”. The event was hosted by Ms. Priya Dhanaie and the Quiz master of the day was Mr. Sunil Pasbola.
All the four houses of the school,the Tagore House, the Vivekanand House, the Subhash House and the Raman House took part in the quiz with great enthusiasm.Each team was given a name and it included two participants each such as
Tagore House-Team Mirabai Chanu with Shreya Dobhal and Abhay Singh Bisht as its participants.

The quiz was conducted in 4 rounds having a variety of questions in the form of brain sizzlers,audio,visual and rapid fire questions .The participants exhibited their knowledge in a great way .

First Runner up was Team Mirabai Chanu and the winning team of the day was Team Manpreet Singh.
Honorable Principal Ma’am,Ms.Neelam Sharma and Headmistress Ma’am,Ms.Shuchi Mamgain felicitated the winners .
