On Friday, 9th May 2025, The Indian Academy successfully hosted an engaging and thought-provoking Inter-School Documentary and Hindi Enactment Presentations event. The programme saw enthusiastic participation from eleven reputed schools, each contributing to a meaningful exchange of ideas centered on pressing social, political, and environmental issues.
The event commenced with motivational words from the Vice Principal, Ms. Shuchi Mamgain, who spoke about the technical aspects of documentary-making and encouraged students to showcase their creativity and innovation through their presentations.
Each school brought a unique perspective to the stage, addressing topics such as Waste Management, Geopolitical Conflicts Over Natural Resources, The Cyclic Nature of Time, India—The Land of Cultural Diversity, among others. The participants were lauded for their confident and research-based presentations.
In her address, the Principal, Ms. Neelam Sharma, urged students to choose a topic of personal interest and conduct independent research on it, emphasizing the long-term benefits of such an endeavor for their personal growth.
All participants were honoured with certificates and prizes by the esteemed Director, Ms. Deepa Khanduri.
The programme concluded on a high note, having left both the audience and participants inspired, informed, and motivated to contribute towards a more conscious and responsible society.
